My Facebook Response: World's View of The Church

People in the world are calling for the church to be "inclusive" as if people in the world have a right to make any demands on the church, at all. Jesus is the head of the church. In my opinion/experience (if I may humbly offer) inclusive is a worldview and I don't think the world's view of the church is the same as the biblical view of the church Jesus declares in Matthew 16, "Upon this rock I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." The term "inclusive" is a red flag for me and always has been as long as I've been an educator in the public school system. It's connotation says to me "anything goes". The world's view of the church is "inclusive" as some people want to live in their own way and want the Jesus church to accept their own way. Jesus didn't come to condemn the world but to save us from sin...save us from our own way...Jesus paid the price for all to come to repentance. All people must be willing to come to Jesus church and be made whole! Not continue in our own way. Salvation is a daily commitment not just on Sunday. The church has a responsibility as well as the people in the church because the people are the church. Some church leaders don't teach truth as well as many members do not want to hear or follow the truth as the bible speaks of this. So, let us reason together as God's word says...meet in the middle...the church should welcome everyone in Jesus name for the saving of souls from sin and the people should welcome salvation and the WAY OF THE CHURCH...JESUS CHRIST. The Jesus church is the church Jesus is calling for in the Spirit of truth and righteousness. God is life and love!!! The church are those who proclaim the same as Peter also did in Matthew 16 when Jesus declared His church. It is a proclamation and declaration to follow Jesus in all our ways. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. The church in and of Jesus Christ should be teaching the Jesus way! God help us all in Jesus name!!!
